Compagnie des Indes was founded in 2014 by Florent Beuchet. The brand shows the variety and diversity of single cask and blended rums from different countries.

The Jamaica is a blended rum from the series; Caraïbes, Latino and Jamaica. It is made up of three different, pot still distilled, rums. All have matured in bourbon barrels for at least 5 years and contain only 15gr./ltr. Organic cane sugar. The Jamaica is bottled at 43% ABV, non chill filtered.

Nose: fresh banana, berries, chamomile, dried apricot and prunes

Palate: eau de vie like Poire Williams, very fresh and elegant, candied apricots and raisins

Finish: well balanced
