Compagnie des Indes was founded in 2014 by Florent Beuchet. The brand shows the variety and diversity of single cask and blended rums from different countries. This Fiji South Pacific 13 years old 2004 is a Fiji rum distilled at the South Pacific distillery in December 2004. It matured in cask FSP7 and was bottled in March 2018 at 44% ABV as a limited single cask release of 330 bottles.

Nose: elegant with juniper, sawdust and white chocolate

Palate: spicy with spicy peppers, juniper berries, cinnamon, curry and cumin

Finish: slightly spicy
