Compagnie des Indes Caraibes

Compagnie des Indes was founded in 2014 by Florent Beuchet. The brand shows the variety and diversity of single cask and blended rums from different countries.

The Caraïbes is a blended rum from the series; Caraïbes, Latino and Jamaica. The Caraïbes is a rum from Trinidad (50%), Barbados (25%) and Guyana (25%) and has matured in American oak barrels. It contains 15gr./ltr. to give it a more round aroma and a little bit of caramel (E150A) is added for the colour.

Nose: lightly sweet with molasses, rum raisins and vanilla

Palate: rich and elegant with vanilla and rum raisins
