Compagnie des Indes Latino 5yo

Compagnie des Indes was founded in 2014 by Florent Beuchet. The brand shows the variety and diversity of single cask and blended rums from different countries. The Compagnie des Indes Latino 5 years old is a blend rum from Guatemala (60%), Trinidad (20%), Barbados (10%) and Guyana (10%). Together this blend matured for at least 5 years in bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose: roasted pineapple with vanilla, caramel and marzipan followed by dried fruit and spices

Palate: rich with caramel, molasses and dark chocolate

Finish: medium long and soft
