Black Tot Rum

Black Tot Rum takes inspiration from 300 years of Navy tradition. It’s a blend of rums from Barbados, Jamaica and Guyana. For centuries the Royal Navy had served its sailors a daily ration, or ‘tot’, of rum, but on 31 July 1970 that practice was stopped forever. The day became known as Black Tot day, something this range commemorates with a range of both navy style and modern blended rums. This Black Tot Rum was bottled at 46,2 % ABV, non chill filtered.

Nose: banana and pineapple with brown sugar

Palate: toffee, caramel, baked apples, dried mango and cinnamon

Finish: warm coffee and dark chocolate with aromas of black pepper, some sweetness and a hint of aniseed
