Mackmyra Svensk Ek

The Mackmyra Svensk Ek is a Swedish single malt and the successor of the Mackmyra First Edition. For 10% it matured in Swedish oak casks from the island of Visingsö. It was bottled at 46,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: fresh sweet with citrus, apples, pear, honey, light oak, toast, nuts, creamy toffee and spices

Palate: spicy notes of sandalwood, ginger, black pepper, toasted oak and some chili

Finish: long and warming with vanilla, spices and some oak
