Kilchoman 100% Islay 5th Edition (50%)

The Kilchoman 100% Islay 5th Edition is the fifth release in this series from Islay’s smallest distillery. Made from bourbon casks filled in 2009 and 2010 and bottled, just like previous editions, at 50% ABV.

Nose: light, fresh and clean with peat smoke in the background

Palate: light, fresh and well balanced with peaty smoke and sweetness coming through on the finish

Finish: long, clean and sweet with soft peat smoke
