GlenAllachie 9yo Rye Wood Finish

The GlenAllachie 9 years old Rye Wood Finish is a Speyside single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery bottled in the Wood Finish series batch 2. This GlenAllachie matured in ex-bourbon casks followed by a finish in Kentucky ex-rye casks. It was bottled on the 9^th of March 2020 at 48% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: baking spices with a lot of cinnamon, tinned fruit, honey and candied orange zest

Palate: honey and spices with a lot of nutmeg, toasted oak, caramel and oranges with cloves

Finish: treacle with baking spices
