The English whisky Company Norfolk PX is a Pedro Ximenez sherry bottled by The English Whisky Company. This English distillery matured a few whisky in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. After the casks were emptied the PX is transferred back in for a short finish. The result is the Norfolk PX. A thick PX sherry with some single malt influences.
