Distillerie Francoli, in Ghemme (north Italy), was founded by Luigi Francollie and is still family owned. It is famous for his grappa’s however they also produce a fine range of liqueurs under the Santa Marta label.
The Cioccolato is made from 3 year old grappa, fresh lees and cocoa powder. This liqueur contains only natural ingredients and is bottled in a 50cl bottle.
