Alambik Oldambster Robijn

Alambik Oldambster Robijn is a Ratafia of black berries. A sweetened spirit made from raisin alcohol and a macerate of black berries. A product of the Alambik distillery in the Oldambt region of the Dutch northern Groningen province.

After the harvest in July the production starts and at the end of October/the start of November the spirit is bottled. Due to the high accidity of the berries the spirit gets a warm and fruity character with a refreshing taste. The spirit contains 300 grams of sugar per liter.
