The Sibona Grappa di Barolo Invecchiata 8 Anni is a grappa from the Antica Distilleria Sibona S.p.A., one of the oldest Italian grappa distilleries from the Piemonte region. This variant was made of Barolo grapes and matured in oak barrels for at least 8 years. It’s a 50cl bottle bottled at 44% ABV.

Tasting notes: “well balanced with spices and oak influences. The palate has notes of tobacco, more spices and more spices followed by a long finish”
