That Boutique-y Whisky Company Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin

The That Boutique-y Whisky Company Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin is a variant on the popular pineapple gin from the 20’s. This is a 21^st century variant made from a syrup of spit roasted and heavily caramelized pineapples together with a rich and bold gin. It is bottled at 40,1% ABV in a 50cl bottle.

Nose: authentic pineapple aromas with citrus, juniper, caramelized sugars and cinnamon

Palate: lots of tropical fruit with honey, orange blossom, oily juniper berry and lots of pineapple

Finish: smoked sugar with cardamom and fresh pineapple chunks in caramel sauce
