KiNoBi is artisanal Japanese gin. It’s distilled in Kyoto and is mostly made from local botanicals. The base for this Kyoto Dry Gin is rice spirit with yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper, bamboo leaves and gyokuro tea. This Ki No Sei variant was bottled at natural cask strength of 54,5% ABV.
