Ish London Dry Gin

Ish Gin is a London Dry Gin distilled five times in a traditional pot still in the heart of London. 24 hours before distillation the botanicals used are macerated to stimulate the aromas. In total 12 different botanicals are used including: juniper, cinnamon, liquorice, coriander seeds, angelica, cassia, orris root, nutmeg and lemon and orange zest. Bottled at 41% ABV.

Nose: juniper berries, earthy coriander and a hint of citrus

Palate: light sweetness of orange followed by complex flavours, juniper and dryness

Finish: fresh with citrus
