Boulard Calvados Grand Solage (50cl)

Boulard is one of the oldest Calvados makers and since it was founded in 1825 five generations have participated in the development and production of one of the best Calvados’. Though it first started as a trading company it now is one of the largest Calvados producers. This Grand Solage is a blend of a variety of Calvados’ from the Pays d’Auge with a minimum age of 2 years. It was bottled at 40% ABV in a 50cl bottle.

Nose: apples and vanilla

Palate: soft and spicy with light spices

Finish: rich and long
