La Fée Absinthe Parisienne

La Fée Absinthe Parisienne is a traditional distilled Parisian absinthe based on absintalsem, fine herbs and spices. Distilled at 68% ABV and known for it's specific character. The colour is dark green and the nose contains aromas of fresh herb with some smoke and vanilla after adding some water. The palate is very gentle and fresh with spicy notes and anis hints followed by a sweet finish and a little bitterness.
