Starward Red Manhattan (50cl)

The Starward Red Manhattan is a bottled Manhattan cocktail from Australia's Starward distillery. A Manhattan with a twist inspired by founder Dave's favourite way to wind down the day. This distillery batched cocktail reimagines the classic Red Manhattan with an Aussie, red wine twist. It’s based on the Starward single grain whisky, fully matured in red wine barrels, combined with a red wine vermouth (made by craft distillery Adelaide Hill), infused with native botanicals like wattle seed, and finally orange bitters.

Bright, balanced and herbaceous. Juicy cherries and baking spices with subtle notes of vanilla. No need to stir with ice. Pop the bottle in the fridge (or on ice if you're fancy), serve chilled and garnish with a cherry or red grape.
