The Rutte 100% Maltwine Barrel Aged Genever is a cask aged genever from the Dutch distillers Rutte & Zn. It’s made from malt wines aged 5 years in oak casks. These’ve been blended with 8 spices resulting in a rich and complex genever with a little sweetness and a hint of sherry. This is Batch No. 2 bottled in 2019 at 38% ABV.
