The Monteru Single Grape Brandy has four varieties; Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvigon. It is an eau the vie made from a single grape variety at cognac style. The result is a high quality brandy matured in Limousin casks. This Merlot was bottled at 40% ABV.
