Monteru Single Grape Brandy Cabernet Sauvignon

The Monteru Single Grape Brandy has four varieties; Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvigon. It is an eau the vie made from a single grape variety at cognac style. The result is a high quality brandy matured in Limousin casks. This Cabernet Sauvignon was bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose: fragrant and sweet with vanilla, young wood and flowers

Palate: sweet and rich of spices

Finish: very pleasant
