Hennessy X.O. Cognac (35cl)

X.O. stands for eXtra Old cognac and this Hennessy XO is a marriage of marriage from over 100 different eax de vies of 10 to 70 years old. The average age is 45 years old. Once it was developed, by Maurice Hennessy, as an exlcusive  cognac for the Hennessy family but shortly after finishing it they already sold it on the international market. This is a 35 cl bottle.

Colour: a deep and tan coloured core with a clear ocher edge

Nose: vivid and subtle, elegant and stylish with ripe fruit like pear, peach and plums, gentle spice notes like cinnamon and vanilla and delicate and seductive wood aromas

Palate: beautifully balanced and complex with soft fruit and lightly roasted wood

Finish: gentle fruit with lightly roasted wood in a long finish
