The Blackadder Raw Cask Cambus 31 years old 1988 is a Lowlands single grain from the Cambus distillery bottled raw cask by the independent bottler Blackadder. This Cambus was distilled on the 21^st of September 1988 and matured in bourbon cask 59251. It was bottled in July 2020 at natural cask strength of 46,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 232 bottles.

Nose: spicy and fruity with ginger cookies, cream and orange eclairs

Palate: spiced with toffee, chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg

Finish: lots of fruit and very gentle
