Cooper’s Choice Aultmore 10yo 2010 Pineau des Charentes Finish (52,5%)

The Cooper’s Choice Aultmore 10 years old 2010 Pineau des Charentes Finish is a Speyside single malt from the Aultmore distillery bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company). This Aultmore was distilled in May 2010 and matured in a bourbon cask followed by a finish in Pineau des Charentes cask 800318. It was bottled in 2021 at natural cask strength of 52,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 192 bottles.

Nose: delightfully fragrant with peaches and summer fruits

Palate: big, rich and voluptuous with sweet fruits and toffee, milky coffee notes with spices and vanilla fudge

Finish: medium length with more of the above
