The Cooper’s Choice Aberfeldy Highland Honey Sicilian Dessert Wine Finish is a Highlands single malt from the Aberfeldy distillery bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company). This Aberfeldy matured in an American oak cask followed by a finish in Sicilian dessert wine cask 500. This cask was bottled in 2021 at natural cask strength of 53,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 312 bottles.

Nose: mouthwatering Acacia honey and sweet malted barley

Palate: elegant with mouth coating sweet fruits, more honey, breakfast cereal notes and a touch of spice
