Carn Mor “Celebration of the Cask” Auchroisk 1990 24yo (52,9%)

A 24 years old Auchroisk from 1990 bottled in the Celebration of the Cask series of the independent bottler Carn Mor. A Speyside single malt distilled on the 28th of November 1990 and matured in bourbon hogshead 21750. Bottled on the 2nd of February 2015 at natural cask strength of 52,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 273 bottles.

Nose: strong fruit notes, mainly white grapes and cherries

Palate: light, soft, lots of fruit and strong fig notes

Finish: nuts and dry Shortbread
